Seen a few people struggling with these, so figured it would be worth making a quick guide on how to kill them effectively.
Glacor are a new high level monster you unlock after completing Ritual of the Mahjarrat.
Doing everything as shown in the video should allow you to kill them with just a unicorn for healing (and an enhanced excalibur for extra health - e.g. healing from ovl). Letting you take more prayer pots and lengthening your trips/increasing KPH.
It seems to take just under a minute and a half to kill one Glacor with Fire Surge, so ~40 kills an hour should be a decent kill rate.

What do they drop?
They drop 3 new pairs of boots which are now the best in the game for each of the three combat types. Glaiven(range), Ragefire(mage) and Steadfast(melee).
They also drop Armadyl shards, which are used to make a new rune "Armadyl runes", which can be used to cast a new spell "Storm of Armadyl". They can also be used to create an Armadyl orb, which when added to a battlestaff makes an Armadyl battlestaff that will enhance the effects of Storm of Armadyl.
Prayer switching:
It is possible to switch prayers before you take any damage from the regular attacks. To do this requires extra concentration though so might not be for everyone (with a little experience you can still survive with uni not doing this).
Before an attack the Glacor will raise one of it's hands to charge the attack, it will be the left hand for mage attacks and the right hand for range attacks. So if you pay close attention, it's possible to switch prayers before the attack reaches you.
Best Glacyte to kill last:
The 3 Glacytes will have the following effects on the Glacor...
Unstable - The Glacor will explode after a few seconds, damaging itself slightly. A few seconds after the explosion, it will heal back to half HP in preparation for a second explosion if you're not quick. If you're potted up and using Augury you should finish it off fine most of the time, the odd one or two will slip through every hour or so, but they don't take much longer to kill.
Enduring - The Glacor will reduce damage by 2/3rd I believe, so will take a fair bit longer to kill. This is the worst one to kill last.
Sapping - The Glacor will drain some prayer points every hit, making trips much shorter and increasing the rate at which you need to bank. The time it takes to bank for more potions is much longer than it would be to kill a couple of extra healed Glacors per trip if you were killing unstable last.
I've found Unstable to be by far the best and fastest. It damages itself, saving a bit of time on a few kills, your prayer lasts longer reducing the need to bank as often. The healing isn't a big issue as long as you keep your stats boosted, it will affect very few kills, but the time you save elsewhere balances it out.
