Celebrity and acclaimed chefs, including Laura Vitale, Jet Tila and Aida Mollenkamp compete in a head-to-head challenge to recreate a family-favorite dish, but with a healthy twist!
Laura is a self taught chef who teaches other how to make home-cooked meals with little effort. She appears on her own online show, Laura in the Kitchen and has been featured on the NBC Philadelphia morning show The 10! Show. Her show is designed to teach people with little kitchen experience how to cook. She has no formal education in the culinary arts and believes that makes it easier for her students to follow recipes. Since the launch of her show, she has become a staple on YouTube where she has made a name for herself in the culinary world.

Jet TilaChef Jet grew up in his family's restaurant kitchens and markets in Los
Angeles. Because of his upbringing, Jet decided to build a foundation for
his passion and completed his culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu. Jet
has appeared on Iron Chef America. He currently runs Wazuzu at Encore
Hotel in Las Vegas and launched Bistro Nomics, an acclaimed series of
pop-‐up restaurant experiences in Los Angeles. He also recently broke the
Guinness world record for the biggest stir fry, setting the record at
cooking 4,010 pounds!

Growing up with an Italian-American mother and a French stepmother, Aida was always surrounded by great food. Eventually, she made her way into the kitchen and discovered her true passion for cooking. She traveled to Europe to attend culinary school at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Paris and graduated with a Grand Diplome in 2004. A year later she joined the editorial team of a new food magazine, CHOW. Food Network came across her work and from there the show Ask Aida started. She is currently working on her first cookbook due out this fall.

As a teenager, Daniel was overweight and wanted to do something about it. He started reading through magazines and books to try to learn more about food and how it worked. This led him to making recipes and experimenting with healthier ways of cooking. Gradually he developed his own recipes and was losing weight. He really worked at learning all about nutrition because the key was to be healthy. He has a passion for helping others lose weight the way he did. He wants others to feel good about themselves and help them re-educate their whole way of thinking when it came to food. He has done daily shows on ShopNBC as well as his own cooking segment called Kitchen Takeover and has published six healthy cooking cookbooks.

Chef Jill is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and UC Santa Cruz. Jill was a chef at Josie Restaurant since its founding in 2001. She has appeared as a prominent guest chef on several Food Network shows. She was a contestant on The Next Iron Chef.
