warning: everyone's hair reacts differently to protein so i would try on a small section first and see how your hair reacts because you could be "protein sensitive"
mayo (1 tablespoon), !eggs and oil (the oil is very important) its best to use extra virgin olive oil (3 table spoons or more)
How To Apply:
apply section by section to clean or dirty hair clean is better. best to detangle before you apply. I part and apply from root to tip (as if i was relaxing/ perming my hair) then comb through with a wide tooth comb.
cover head with plastic shower cap or plastic bag. wrap a towel over the plastic cap/bag for heat. sit for 15 to 30 minute rinse an condition with you favorite conditioner
