How tough is the Sony SLT-A77? Tougher than a group of crazy geese that attacked it at the San Diego Zoo! While walking through the zoo, photo-videographer Michael J. McNamara ran into several geese that were acting more like a street gang than birds. They forced all human visitors to move out of their way as they moved along a path, and made a racket every time someone didn't get out of the way fast enough.
Mike saw them coming, and moved back just far enough to have time to place a Sony SLT-A77 on the ground directly in front of the geese. As you can see by the video (originally shot in 1080 60p), this didn't go over well with the birds! On the other hand, the camera took the abuse in stride, even trying to focus automatically on the birds as they pecked away at it.
