The Microsoft Sidewinder X8 is a twitchy piece of crap, and for the price ($100) it's a rip-off; do not buy it. A call to tech support resulted in a 10 minute call to india, then forwarded back to the U.S. where warranty support was clueless. For $100 the amount of support is laughable. From now on I will be buying Razer or Logitech
